CATERING

I design and deliver bespoke catering for private and corporate occasions. Seasonal, regional ingredients and thoughtful menus form the foundation of my work. CREATIVE FOOD CONSULTING

I support companies, institutions and projects in developing food concepts that are both sustainable and enjoyable. My approach combines scientific knowledge, practical experience and a strong sense for what feels right in everyday life.

EVENT PLANNING

From the first idea to the final moment on site, I plan and manage events with a strong culinary focus. I value clear communication, reliable structures and creative concepts that feel natural and effortless for everyone involved.

PROJECT: GUT KRUMMENDIEK

Gut Krummendiek is a long-term project close to my heart. A place between city and countryside where food, nature and people come together. Culinary events and retreat formats are currently in development and will gradually become part of my offering.

ABOUT ME

I am Marle Rudolph, a nutrition scientist with a Master’s degree in Gastronomic Sciences and a deep passion for food, sustainability and meaningful experiences. Hamburg is my base – professionally and personally. Through my family and network, I receive strong support for my work and my journey into self-employment.
I work closely with partners in the surrounding countryside, intentionally connecting urban and rural spaces. Thanks to my studies abroad and professional experience in Berlin and Hamburg, I work flexibly and across locations, both nationally and internationally.
